Remembrance Parades are organised by the St Ives Royal British Legion, meeting at the St Ives Guildhall and include musicians, the uniformed organisations including ex-service personnel, the RNLI, police and fire services, with local scouts, guides and cadets, followed by the Mayoral party of town councillors and town organisations.Īt the War Memorial the St Ives Royal British Legion lead the proceedings, with wreaths laid by the Mayor and then all the organisations represented. On Remembrance Sunday, services are held at St Uny Church in Lelant and St Ia Church, St Ives.
